This identification card allows you to keep all of the important information on your child, including their fingerprints, in a safe location.  In case of an emergency, this card can save valuable time. 

On this card you can:

• Attached a current photo and note the age of the child in the photo
• Place the fingerprints of the left and right index fingers and thumbs
• Write down all the important personal information that would be needed in case of an emergency (name, date of birth, social security number, etc).

Comes with the card and a single ink strip used for the fingerprinting.  The fingerprinting ink can be washed off with mild soap and warm water.
